The 2025-26 College Football Playoff bracket was finalized on Selection Sunday (December 7). Indiana earned the No. 1 seed after winning the Big Ten Championship. Ohio State (No. 2), Georgia (No. 3), and Texas Tech (No. 4) received first-round byes. James Madison and Tulane are the two Group of Five representatives. Notre Dame (10-2) declined a bowl invitation, allowing Miami to take the final at-large spot.
