I’m Mizuho Shen, Manager of Investor Relations and Public Relations. Today, I will give a brief talk about our business, then Junichi Arai, Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, will give a presentation on results and guidance, followed by a Q&A session. Starting this fiscal year, we have integrated HR Solutions from Matching & Solutions into HR Technology. Accordingly, the year-on-year comparison of segment results in this fiscal year’s financial presentation is based on FY 2024 pro forma figures, which assume that this integration had been effective as of April 1, 2024. Unless otherwise stated, comparisons will be made year-over-year. Lastly, please note that all references to dollars in this presentation refer to U.S. dollars.
